THIS WEEK WE'RE LEARNING: Back floating + recovery.
WHAT WE'RE SEEING: Your swimmer is becoming more comfortable putting their ears in the water and is beginning to maintain their float with less instructor support.
HOW YOU CAN PRACTICE: During supervised pool time, practice Float → Relax → Breathe → Recover. Keep it short and positive.
WHAT COMES NEXT: We'll continue building independence and connect floating skills to swimming toward safety.
MSA ENCOURAGEMENT: Celebrate progress—not perfection. Every bubble, float, kick, and brave attempt is part of becoming a confident swimmer.
